An adventure for people who love to move, and are ready to loosen the plan.

What happens when you loosen the plan?

For five late-summer days in Montana’s mountain landscape, we’ll explore what it feels like to move, explore, and live with less rigidity—and more curiosity.

This retreat is for people who love to move.
You might be a runner, cyclist, yogi, hiker—or just someone who feels most like yourself outside.

But maybe lately, movement (or life) has started to feel:

  • structured

  • tracked

  • optimized

  • a little… heavy

Flow Line is something a little different.

Not a training camp.
Not a productivity reset.

An experiment in:

  • self-trust

  • play

  • unstructured quality time

  • and doing what feels good

What We’ll Do

Each day has a rhythm—but nothing rigid.

Move
Trail running, gravel riding, hiking, yoga, and mobility

Practice
Daily writing + reflection sessions led by Alison Naney

Wander
Unstructured time to explore, rest, or follow your curiosity

Connect
Shared meals, fireside conversations, and time outside together

The Rhythm

Morning
Slow start, coffee, optional movement

Mid-Morning
Daily Practice (writing, reflection, embodiment)

Midday
Run, ride, hike, or explore

Afternoon
Rest, solo time, optional yoga

Evening
Dinner, fireside, hot tub, conversation

What We’ll Explore

  • What would I do if nothing needed to be optimized?

  • What do I know, if I trust myself?

  • What feels fun—and am I willing to follow it?

This Is For You If…

  • You love to move, but don’t always want it to feel like training

  • You’re used to structure—and curious what happens without it

  • You want to spend time outside with strong, thoughtful, grounded people

  • You’re craving space, not more input

This Is Not For You If…

  • You’re looking for a structured training plan

  • You want a packed schedule from morning to night

  • You’re not interested in reflection, writing, or slowing down
