We are motivated by creating a world full of healthy, mindful people. Yoga is our tool to empower our students in their bodies, families, work and communities.

Daily Classes

Practice yoga in our boutique Seattle studio. Our private and small group classes (no more than 6 per class) embody our student-focused approach.



Broaden your understanding of yoga through a deep and condensed learning experience.  We offer workshops in our Seattle studio and on our retreats. 



Explore the depth of your practice in the wonder of a new place on one of our yoga-based retreats that integrate education and recreation.
