Join Kellie Moore & Sofia Christensen for this special event to honor the Autumn Equinox through ritual.

This special time of year offers an invitation to honor the balance between light and dark, and all that there is to harvest and release. You will move through a vinyasa + yin asana practice, balancing pranayama, extended savasana with touch, guided reflection, and chanting with the harmonium. Come as you are to reconnect with your practice, your community, and with your center.

This is for yogis who enjoy syncing with the rhythms of nature and marking the change of season with their practice. All levels of yoga background are welcome.
