TH Sept 22

Intro to Gut Health, 10:30am-12:30pm

Get to know the ins and outs of your digestive system. Learn: (1) The jobs your digestive organs do and how to support their functions. (2) The multiple essential roles of stomach acid and how to optimize it. (3) The gut brain axis - how in the world is our gut related to our mood and cognition? (4) And, we'll talk about poop!...What’s normal, what’s not, and why it matters.

Breathe for Wellbeing, 4:30-5:30pm

Breathing is free and it's one of our most effective tools for regulating many internal systems including the digestive and endocrine (hormone) systems. This workshop will teach how to leverage breathing for realtime support and how to construct and condition your breathing patterns to directly influence the health of your gut and hormones over the longterm.

 

F Sept 23

Hello! Hormones, 10:30am-12:30pm

This is a deep dive into female sex hormones. You’ll learn: (1) Why the menstrual cycle is considered a “6th vital sign” and the clues you can learn about your health from your cycle no matter our age. (2) About the three essential components for hormonal health: gut health, liver function and blood sugar balance.

Navigating Menopause, 4:30-5:30pm

How to optimize foundations of health to navigate peri and post menopause and promote healthy aging.

 

S Sept 24

Meet Your Microbiome, 10:30-12:30pm

Meet your gut microbiome - a complex, diverse ecosystem in our GI tract. Learn: (1) The vital role the microbiome plays in your nutrition, immune system, metabolism, mood, hormones and more. (2) How your lifestyle (sleep, work, exercise, medications, etc.) impact this ecosystem. (3) How to promote the health of your gut garden. (4) About the estrobolome - the unique subset of your gut microbiome that regulates your estrogen levels.

Integration to Daily Living, 4:30-5:30pm

Learning new information can be super inspiring but if it's difficult to integrate into your day-to-day life not much will change. This workshop will give you practical tools and empower you to steward your gut and hormone health when the rubber meets the road.
