FAQs

How long is my membership valid?
 All memberships are valid for 12 months from your sign-up or renewal date.

Can I upgrade later?
 Yes! You can upgrade your tier at any time — just email us: info@motiveyogaco.com

What’s the 1-Year Unlimited Pass?
 It’s an exclusive, deeply discounted unlimited yoga option only available to members.

Do unused guest passes roll over?
 Guest passes (Champion tier) are issued at the time of contract purchase/renewal and must be used within the calendar year.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
 Memberships are non-refundable.

I’m currently an Annual Member. What happens to my current contract?
Your membership continues through its term date. When it auto-renews it will do so at the Champion level. Thanks for your support! If you pay for your membership in monthly installments this option is available upon special request.

As a Champion, can I specify when I want to use the 30 Day Unlimited Pass I get each year?
Yes! You must request this via email before your contract renews. Otherwise, the unlimited pass activates at the date of renewal.
