Beginning Sunday, January 4th, Kellie will be launching a 7-week series in Flow & Be focused on the chakras—often described as the body’s energy centers. You can think of these as zones of awareness that relate to strength, stability, breath, focus, emotional regulation, recovery, and our inner sense of balance.
Each week, we’ll focus on one chakra using intentional movement, breathwork, and simple reflection, building awareness from the ground up and exploring how these concepts show up in both physical performance and everyday life.

• Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Mobility, creativity, and adaptability
• Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Core strength, confidence, and drive

• Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Communication, honesty, and self-expression
• Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Focus, intuition, and mental clarity
• Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Perspective, meaning, and big-picture awareness
