This is 75 mins of pure maintenance and our goal is your recovery. No yoga experience necessary.

Our techniques are strategic: long-held stretches to create muscle pliability, ball rolling for soft tissue release, injury prevention through use of props, the wall, and floor, and down-regulation of the nervous system for maximum physical recovery.
